These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern all use of Swolehedz.com ("Swolehedz.com"). Swolehedz.com includes swolehedz.com, bodyspace.swolehedz.com, forum.swolehedz.com and other sites owned or operated by Swolehedz.com (“Site”). By using and accessing the Site, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, other policies, and all applicable laws and regulations. Customers in the EU are subject to the EU Conditions of Use.

If any Swolehedz.com services and/or applications have additional terms and conditions, privacy statements, or other policies ("Separate Terms"), then those Separate Terms shall apply in connection with your use of that Swolehedz.com service and/or site. Swolehedz.com is primarily an online retailer of third-party brands and all product information is provided by the brand owner and is for information purposes only. Swolehedz.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and your ability to use the Site or portion thereof for failure to comply with these Terms or any Separate Terms related to a service, for infringing copyright, or for any other reason at Swolehedz.com’s reasonable discretion. Product reviews appearing on the Site are prepared by third-parties (including, but not limited to, review pages, message boards, forums, text files, chats, etc.). Swolehedz.com has not determined whether a specific reviewer's experience is what an average or typical customer may expect to achieve and should not be construed as advice from Swolehedz.com or any of its affiliates. Swolehedz.com reserves the right to modify, review, delete and refuse to post User Content for any reason.

"Forum" means an area, site or feature offered as part of a Site that allows users to distribute User Content for viewing by Site users, including, but not limited to, a chat area, message board, messaging, social community environment, profile page, blog, and e-mail function.
