Shipping and Returns

Shipping:

FREE USPS Ground ADV. (INCLUDING Alaska & Hawaii). 

Shipping Time:

Orders are shipped the same day if we receive them by 11 am ET Monday-Friday.  Orders received after 11 am ET will ship the next business day.  Orders are not shipped on Saturday and Sunday or on U.S. holidays.

Once shipped, you will receive your order in 1-3 business days depending on your location.  Orders to Alaska & Hawaii take 3-5 days business days and have the same shipping rate as the 48 continental states. 

USPS Tracking will be provided.  Note: Please be aware of your order's arrival time via USPS Tracking.  SWOLEHEDZ® is not responsible for stolen orders. 

International Shipping:

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Returns:

Returns are accepted within 30 days from the time your order was placed as long as the products are unopened and returned in the same new and unused condition.   

Damaged Items:  If items in your order are damaged or defective, please contact us immediately and we will replace the items.
